Alex Howard has been the guitarist of Conditions since the very beginning — one of the engines behind so much of the melodic, driving sound that defined the band. Today, he’s taken that same talent to an even bigger stage. Alex now plays bass guitar for Jelly Roll — a Grammy-nominated and award-winning country music artist currently selling out arenas and headlining festivals worldwide.

Aspen DeRosa is a creative Richmond Entrepreneur, socialite, and connector of all things and all people. Recent winner of Style Weekly’s 40 under 40 award. They’re a mega talented professional photographer who has shot some of the most iconic people, bands, and festivals in RVA - they’re even a teacher at the visual arts center of Richmond - where they teach on a variety of topics including photo and creative direction. Founder of Riffs & Recovery - a weekly meeting of the minds of lovers of music who are all on any path to sobriety. Their motto is “the juice is always worth the squeeze”.

Brandon Roundtree is a father, a husband, and the insanely talented vocalist and core songwriter behind Conditions. He took his influence and experience from previous metalcore bands like Scarlet, and later when Conditions formed he became known for his melodic, emotion-driven songwriting and vocals.

Corey Fonville is a drummer, composer, and producer known for his fluid, genre-blending style and deep sense of pocket. A founding member of Butcher Brown, Corey anchors the band’s sound while pushing it forward, seamlessly moving between jazz, funk, hip-hop, and electronic influences. His work extends beyond the band into solo projects and collaborations, making him one of Richmond’s most influential modern drummers.

Hayden Mater is a serial entrepreneur, father and a husband, an explorer, and the founder of Mater Made, a microbrand watch company built around a single purpose — to make timepieces that inspire curiosity, endurance, and a life well-lived.

By day, Hayden is a department head at an international commodity trading firm, where he focuses on market strategy and operational leadership. Jody Sidle is the founder and driving force behind Point 5 — Richmond’s first non-alcoholic bottle shop located right here in Carytown. Driven by her own journey into an alcohol-free lifestyle, Jody launched Point 5 to create an inviting space for everyone: including those who are sober, sober-curious, or simply interested in discovering high-quality alternative and unique beverages. 

At Point 5, Jody and Lewis; Point 5’s Manager - curate a smart selection of non-alcoholic spirits, functional and nootropic drinks, canned beers and wines, as well as gluten-free and dairy-free options that reflect modern taste and lifestyle.

A lifelong writer and editor, Kelsey Heintz brings precision and heart to The Richmond Experience. With a background in English and years spent crafting stories across industries, she now serves as the brand’s Editor-in-Chief — shaping its editorial tone and guiding its growing community of over 200,000 locals.

Marcus “Tennishu” Tenney is a multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, and producer best known for his work with Butcher Brown. Blending trumpet, saxophone, and vocals, his playing pulls equally from jazz tradition, funk, soul, and hip-hop, giving the band much of its melodic and textural identity. Beyond Butcher Brown, Tennishu is a sought-after collaborator whose versatility and musical intuition have made him a staple of Richmond’s creative music scene.

Morgan Burrs is a guitarist and producer whose sound sits at the intersection of jazz harmony, funk rhythm, and experimental texture. As a core member of Butcher Brown, his playing brings depth, restraint, and feel-driven groove, often shaping the emotional tone of the music as much as the structure. Morgan’s approach reflects Richmond’s collaborative spirit — subtle, intentional, and rooted in listening first.

A former educator turned content creator, Paige Poprocky transformed her curiosity for Virginia’s wine country and storytelling into a full-time creative career. As co-owner and Chief Marketing Officer of The Richmond Experience, she’s the strategist behind its visual voice — blending authenticity, warmth, and discovery into everything the brand shares.
